Killer Pool Privacy Policy

Killer Pool has no accounts, login, or sign-up. The app does not ask you to create a profile.

• Game data: game progress, win streaks, and trophies are stored locally on your device only. They are not transmitted to us.
• Feedback: when you use the in-app feedback button, it sends an email via SMTP to Paul Higham at support@igznite.co.uk. The email includes your feedback text and automatically included device and app version information.
• No advertising or tracking: the app does not currently show ads and does not currently use analytics or tracking SDKs.

We use feedback emails to read your message, respond when needed, investigate problems, and improve Killer Pool. We do not use your local game data because it is not sent to us.

Your game progress, win streaks, and trophies stay on your device. We do not receive or store that information on our servers.

Feedback emails are the exception. They are sent to the developer's email account and may remain there for as long as needed to respond to your request and keep reasonable support records.

Killer Pool is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app has no accounts, login, or sign-up, personal information is not needed to play.
